“Jane helped me many years ago when redundancy led me to question my circumstances and what to do next with my life. I found her compassionate and supportive and felt comfortable working with her immediately. It was really helpful to identify the patterns of my previous choices and explore ways of breaking these cycles. I particularly enjoyed the exercises we did on values which helped me to identify the things that matter most to me. Jane listened and provided constructive feedback throughout. The process led to a big change and a move out of London, made much quicker than expected. On reflection, if I had made smaller positive changes towards achieving this goal, as discussed with Jane, it would have been far easier! I have since become aware of how important this is and have put it into practice elsewhere.
